Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله
said:
“Whoever seeks `Ilm to
revive Islaam*
with it, then he is among the Siddiqeen, his status is second only to that of
the status of Prophethood.”

* Islaam – As revealed by
Allaah تعالى, as taught by the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم, as understood by the
Companions and followed by the Salaf al-Saaleh; and NOT as misinterpreted by
the apologetic modernists.
