Nurturing the family upon Khair (goodness) and correct Islaamic values

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ، وبعد

Narrated Ma`qil: I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying: ❝There is none amongst the bondsmen who was entrusted by Allaah with the affairs of his subjects and he does not look after them in an honest manner, will not even feel the fragrance of Paradise.❞

📚 [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (7150) and the wordings are his, and Saheeh Muslim (142-22)]

In another narration the wordings are: ❝If any ruler having the authority to rule Muslim subjects dies while he is deceiving them, Allaah will forbid Paradise for him.❞

📚 [Saheeh al-Bukhaaree (7151)]

In Saheeh Muslim: ❝There is none amongst the bondsmen who was entrusted with the affairs of his subjects and he died in such a state that he was dishonest in his dealings with those over whom he ruled except that the Paradise is forbidden for him.❞

🚩 Shaikh Ibn al-`Uthaymeen رحمه الله commented:

❝The intended meaning is not limited to the ruler, or his deputy, or the minister, or the chief of the tribe. Rather, also the man of the house, if he were to die while he had deceived his family, then Allaah will forbid for him the fragrance of Paradise. Those who introduce to their families to things* which corrupts their ethics and which harms their `Aqeedah (Creed), no doubt such people are deceiving their families. So, if they were to die on this condition, We seek Allaah’s refuge from this – it is feared that the fragrance of Paradise will be made forbidden for him. We ask Allaah for our wellbeing and safety.❞

Three Weak Ahaadeeth regarding Surah al-Waaqi`ah

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ، وبعد

🚩1. From Ibn Mas`ood that the Prophet ﷺ is supposed to have said:

❝Whoever recites Surah al-Waaqi`ah every night would never encounter poverty.❞

📚 [Graded as “Dha`eef” (Weak) by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Dha`eefah (289). Others who graded this as Weak are al-Dhahabee, Imaam Ahmad, Ibn al-Jawzee, Abu Haatim, al-Daraqutnee, al-Manawee]

🚩2. From Ibn `Abbaas that the Prophet ﷺ is supposed to have said:

❝Whoever recites Surah al-Waaqi`ah every night would never encounter poverty; and whoever recites Surah al-Qiyaamah every night will meet Allaah (on the Day of Judgment) while his face will be (shining) like the moon when it is full.❞

📚 [Graded as “Mawdhoo`” (Fabricated) by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Dha`eefah (290). Al-Suyootee said, Ahmad al-Yamaamee (in of its narrators) is a liar]

🚩3. From Anas that the Prophet ﷺ is supposed to have said:

❝Whoever recites Surah al-Waaqi`ah and teaches it, will never be recorded among the negligent, and neither he nor his family will suffer poverty.❞

📚 [Graded as “Mawdhoo`” (Fabricated) by Shaikh al-Albaanee in al-Dha`eefah (291). Al-Suyootee said, `Abdul-Quddoos (in of its narrators) is abandoned, and Ibn al-Mubaarak said that he was a liar]

Demolition of the Ka`bah: From the Portents of the Last Hour

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ، وبعد

Abu Hurairah رضي الله عنه narrated that the Prophet ﷺ said:

❝Dhu as-Suwaiqa-tain* from Ethiopia (Habashah) will demolish the Ka`bah.❞

*Meaning: One with two lean legs

Destruction of the `Arabs: From the Portents of the Last Hour

بسم الله والحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله ، وبعد

Authentic Ahaadeeth:

The Prophet ﷺ said:

❝People will flee from the Dajjaal seeking shelter in the mountains.❞ Umm Shaarik said: “O Messenger of Allaah! Where will the `Arabs be that day?” He ﷺ said: ❝They will be few.❞
